Weight-Loss Update

Hey Guys!

Just a quick weight-loss update for y’all.

This week I lost a total of 500grams. I know it’s not a lot but it’s something.

I really need to relook at my menu, my portion sizes, etc to see what’s stalling my weight-loss.

Nevertheless I am proud of myself for every little bit of progress. It might not show on the scale but I can once again feel a difference in my body.
